ORDERS
Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing your order within 48 hours. Processing time usually takes 2 business days and orders should arrive within 3-7 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
We make our best effort to ensure your order is delivered on time. Close at Hand is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or any other carrier complication. Please make sure to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. We are currently unable to offer gift notes or samples with our orders, but hope to very soon - stay tuned. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. You can return any items once received.
Most packaging for Close at Hand has been reused or repurposed in order to minimize our carbon footprint.
Zero waste is the goal.
A $7 flat-rate is applied shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. under $35. FREE Shipping is applied at $35.
A shipping fee is applied to all AK + HI orders.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 3-10 days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-72 hours once a label has been created.
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
